The smocked construction, viscose-dominant blend, and eyelet hem create a naturally flowing, feminine look — the tube mini that uses the high viscose content to give the stretchy smocked fabric a drape and softness that a pure polyester equivalent cannot replicate and uses the eyelet hem and bow detail to give the short silhouette a decorative finish that gives the lightweight viscose fabric something to anchor at the hem. The stretchy smocked construction accommodates a range of measurements.
